This event is open to active ABC members only and to allow maximum attendance from all areas, is limited to one member per company.

Expanding Horizons: Networking and Etiquette Revival
Rules of etiquette may have relaxed, but saying and doing the “right” things are still crucial skills for the dynamic wedding industry. Etiquette skills, like many other skills, need an occasional refresher. This one-day seminar covers wedding and business etiquette and customer service skills for all wedding professionals.

This event is open to active ABC members only and to allow maximum attendance from all areas, is limited to one member per company. Registrants must attend all scheduled sessions or they will be charged the prevailing resort rate.
Registration - Travel Information:
Attendees are responsible for transportation to arrive in Montego Bay, Jamaica on Tuesday, January 17th and depart on Sunday, January 22nd. Attendees must provide confirmed flight information by NOON, Eastern time on Wednesday, December 21st, 2011 to confirm Sandals room reservations and arrival transports.

Payment and Cancellations:
Cancellations more than 10 days before seminar may be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations/no-shows less than 10 days before the seminar cannot be refunded as we have ordered materials and given a guaranteed attendance.
If paying by check, check must be postmarked by early registration cutoff to be received prior to the seminar. Checks should be made to: Association of Bridal Consultants - Education Department, and mailed to 660 Neile Ct., Oviedo, FL 32765. No-shows will be invoiced.
